Founded by Lisa Collins, Tenzing Search is a specialist Finance and Accountancy Search business. We specialise in Senior Qualified appointments across the UK and USA, focusing on both Interim and Permanent appointments across all sectors. 

With over 14 years’ of experience in both FTSE listed and boutique agencies, Lisa decided it was the right time to set up her own brand and combine that with her love of mountain walking.

We chose Tenzing Search because we believe that partnering, supporting and guiding our clients, is the only way to navigate the recruitment process. Just like Tenzing Norgay, one of the first people ever to summit Everest, he ensured that his client, Edmund Hillary, reached the summit.
